  5. Sgt Pepper

    Maniac, Blue Underground.

Seems to be the way of the world in those day's huh? Texas Chainsaw Massacre and The Evil Dead looked very good taken from 16mm so it can be done.
  6. Sgt Pepper

    Maniac, Blue Underground.

Again though i have seen some very low budget films and nothing as bad as this. This really does look like it has been taken from a fourth of fifth generation print and very far from the the original negative. I think maybe in this case some exaggeration of the truth might have been applied...
  7. Sgt Pepper

    Maniac, Blue Underground.

Travis i have seen quite a few 16mm HD transfers looking realy good, but this one was flat and washed out?
  8. Sgt Pepper

    Maniac, Blue Underground.

Just watched Maniac which was rather good but the PQ is probably the worst i have come accross on a Blu Ray transfer. Can anyone tell me what has gone wrong, as they are claiming a 2K scan from the original negative.
