I just received my 2nd certificate today. Unfortunately, I've never received my first one.

I'm hoping to finally get my first certificate (which I earned back in August) before going out to buy Finding Nemo this week. From the little I've read of this thread, I have a feeling I should give up that hope. I've earned two certificates so far, but have yet to see one.
