Pretty stunning season finale. This show has a great talent for paying off everything they set up, which is a huge feat. Even the small handful of things they haven’t explained, I feel confident, given their track record, that they will when all is said and done.
I do think this episode could...
Episode 8 for me today, and 90 minutes flew by. There’s so much good stuff going on that you don’t want it to end. Great Aliens moment in the prison. Too bad they couldn’t work Paul Reiser into that scene.
Argyle makes me laugh even in the most tense sequences.
Episode 9 is keyed up for tomorrow.
Producers have confirmed that season 5 will, out of necessity, have a time jump.

I agree on both points, especially about the binge model. Regarding the last two episodes, apparently they're not finished yet, at least according to the show's response to Stephen King on Twitter.
There's been more than a bit of buzz about an Emmy for Sadie Sink for her performance in this...
Finished No. 7 last night, and I agree this season has been phenomenal, and that’s saying a lot for this show. One minor nit: They could’ve thrown the California team a bone in episode 7 and shown us where they were.
But, outstanding episodes all around here. Thank goodness we only have to...
While kids love it (my kids are 13 and can't get enough ST), I think the show was initially aimed at people my age, give or take 10 years - those of us who grew up at the time of the show and who can identify with the themes, pop culture, music, etc. Of course, it didn't get to be the big...
Well, having grown up around the time of this show (I'm a few years older than Mike's gang), I think it is true to life. Pop culture was saturated at that time with adult themes, especially sex and drugs. I just wrote something about how Saturday Night Fever influenced a lot of my friends...
Episode 2 for me today, and it was also a winner.
I initially groaned at the longer episode lengths but I like how they've used them for character development.
Wow, those are some long episodes. Going to be a big season.
Does anyone know if this is the last season? I know they had talked about a season 5 before the pandemic, but with episodes that are this long, plus an epic-sized finale, it begs the question if this is it.
I like the staggered release. Frankly, I prefer the Disney/HBO way of one episode per week.
If you release the entire season at once, there’s always some guy who stays up all night and watches and then spoils everything while you’re eating breakfast like a normal person.
Glad to see this is finally on track to come back. Obviously, they had a ton of COVID delays, like everyone else, but this was a very long time to go without a word on when to expect anything.
Recently, I was watching an episode of The Outer Limits from 1964. It was called Production and Decay of Strange Particles, and it was about a lab where something went wrong and a portal was opened to another dimension. The men of the lab had to work to close the portal before the aliens on the...
