I love the old Filmation shows, and Batman was terrific. My kids will love seeing it.

Has anyone mentioned the transfers of the Super Friends season 5 episodes? Looks like VHS to me, complete with a ghost line down the left side of the screen, about two inches from the edge. The credits in particular look shabby - reminds me of the DC Filmation collection from several years back...
The '68 Batman show is available in its entirety on amazon as a (perfectly legitimate) download. I've never heard of there being any rights issues associated with it.
I think most people here would be interested in what the Warner Archive and/or TV Shows on DVD have been posting on their Facebook pages. Warner Archive is in the habit of responding to wall post inquiries about shows that are or are not coming, and there is a good bit of info there.
More than once over the past few years when HTF has had a Warner Animation chat, they've been asked about the Filmation Batman ('68) and said it would come out, but it never has. It's a shame too, because it was a much better show than the '77 version that was released.
