...and WHY would they.
Amazon is not a studio in the sense that it does its own video releases and has a team of restorationists to work on them.
I think Amazon is just buying up these films for airing rights to pad their film library.
Now if Warner had bought this library there...
I have never seen THE ALAMO as I vowed that when I do, it will be the longer cut.
