I think you are referring to the Signature Movie Edition Tin, which was the exact same DVD released earlier, only inside a blue tin. Very disappointing.

The best available version of Follow Me, Boys! was when it was shown on TCM for their Treasures from the Disney Vault. It was shown complete in the proper aspect ratio. I'm so glad I recorded it so I can watch it again and again and not have to rely on the MAR DVD.
