To be fair to KINOs disc was from a actual Selznick print seems there was a lot of variations on Technicolor prints with little proof of anything definitve
Thanks to you and RAH and others I am going to grab The Flying Leathernecks, meanwhile I do see dvd copies of The Flying Tigers colorized out there but won't post links as do not know if they are legit releases
Honest word play mistake - and for years The Flying Leathernecks looked so bad it could have been colorization, thankfully Warner's restored that film!
The only good colorization job was Babes In Toyland and released by Goodtimes way back when. I was surprised to learn Frank Capra actually liked early colorization on It's A Wonderful Life then the firm stiffed him and basically ruined his work

You would know the market more than I but after years of YUCK on this title it would open up some wallets youtube has a lot of people clicking away and those great restoration clips were really great - got me off the fence on a lot of titles. These clips were great!
As I said earlier PLEASE Mr. F give us a clip a restoration clip like they were doing for a while - WOW how great would that be and it would really increase pre orders!
Doesn't Disney own the rights to Nothing Sacred? Thought Disney did a restoration on that years ago when Scott MacQueen was there? Looking to pre-order A Star Is Born!
