Watched the TCM copy again on my DVR and it looks the same as the Laserdisc transfer looks the same going back to 1990 when I was visiting friends in Plantation Fl and it was on TBS! I do have the WAC MOD and it is TONS better must have been a new transfer wonder if that can be used for a Blu...

I think Vidor said in an interview that they were sitting around on location waiting to continue filming for the sequel but the script never arrived so they all packed up and went back to MGM
