There were a couple of 2009 Blu-ray releases of Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home. One release date was on May 12th, 2009 and the second Blu-ray release date was on September 22nd, 2009. With that said, I would think those 2009 Blu-rays were derived from the same HD scan.

Yeah, I was worried about my Amazon order since Tino's was damaged and my local BB had one copy left and I grabbed it last night online and used curb side pickup this morning.
Amazon has dropped the pricing STMP: The Director's Edition - The Complete Adventure to $82.99. For those of us that live in the States and are Prime members with free shipping that's cheaper than Zavvi's $77.99 plus shipping.
By the way, my old HD digital of Godfather III is still in my digital library. You can’t purchase it again as only the Coda version is available to do so. The same with redeeming a digital code.
Listen, it’s my opinion as to what is going to happen in the future. So it’s up to Paramount and the streaming services to actually deal with the “what ifs” for real.
They did it this way to get more money out of consumers. Also, they're going to do the same thing with those other Star Trek movies. That strategy won't work with me again because I don't have as much interest in those movies with Picard and crew.
What the hell, it's only money, since I have the below 4-movie 4K set, I pre-ordered TMP "box of junk" limited edition and the separate releases for V and VI.
Well, Paramount won't get my money on that deluxe version of The Motion Picture as I doubt that special longer version is really special at all except for a few additional shots. Just not worth the money to me.
