    Well Mike, I think part of your problem is that the speakers are just too close to the ceiling which some of us were concern about earlier in this thread. Also, as I stated previously, not all Atmos soundtracks are created equally. Some Atmos soundtracks are much more active than other film...

    Mike, Just remember that not all Atmos soundtracks are created equal. Some are superior with more Atmos activity.

    I own 3 pairs of Klipsch RP-140SA that I've been extremely happy with in my two Atmos HTs. I'm probably going to add another pair before the year is out so that my home office HT has a 5.1.4 setup.

    I have the same concerns as the others in regard to the closeness to the ceiling for the Elacs. Anyhow, I would definitely level those Polks and just sit the Elacs on top of them.

    At times, you have to compromise your HT desires/needs because of your significant other which is probably the case with Mike.

    How high is your ceiling? Also, how much distance do you estimate between your ceiling and those Elacs sitting on your Polks? I'm assuming those Polks are leveled and are not slanted down as those Elac's appear to be a little wider than those Polks.
