Yeah, I looked up those titles as well as some others on Vudu yesterday. I'm probably going to bite on The Prisoner of Shark Island.

This afternoon I viewed Call Northside 777 in 1080p and it looked great. It's not physical media, but at least I have it in HD digital format.

I don't know what you mean by that comment? Anyhow, I just logged into my Apple account and you're right, only the Disney titles I can access thru Disney Movies Anywhere on my Vudu account. I have several other titles from other studios that I bought on iTunes that don't appear on my Vudu...

One point I like to make here. Because Disney Movies Anywhere syncs with Vudu, you'll be able to watch these iTunes purchases through your Roku units too whether using VUDU, Flixster and etc. Edit: Only Disney titles are available using Disney Movies Anywhere.
