Isn't the CPU being manufactured by IBM, with additional imput from Toshiba? Though the key considerations regarding overheating would seem to be the internal architecture, and the choise of fan. The heat or otherwise of the PS3 doesn't bother me. According to the first user reports it's far far quieter than the 360, which can only be a good thing.- Rob_Walton
