I received a reply on 9/17/20 (Inquiry # 298029). Submitted my proof of purchase as instructed. To date..... Nothing. Time to resubmit.

I haven't even received the uncorrected disc. But I did get a reply that they received my request. And I submitted the proof of purchase as requested. That was on September 17th: "Dear Customer, We apologize that you are having difficulty with your copy of Psycho (1960) 4K. Universal Pictures...

Perhaps they hired a plumber to do the 5.1 mix. Unfortunately, it seems that the plumbers helper was involved in the disc replacement program.

Ah! Always thought it was just a case of pure cinema.... But, whatever. ;)

No issues with 4K UHD Vertigo disc on my Panasonic. I have a less expensive Sony UHD player that I could check it on.

Watched Vertigo from beginning to end on my 120" screen via the Sony 885ES 4K laser projector. Hasn't looked this good since I saw the late 90's restoration at the Ziegfeld. Colors really POP in all the right places. I agree with previous posts concerning a somewhat softer look of the film...
