I've been reading up a bit, and I think for my application I want a projector that "spends" a little more of the buck bang on brightness. The room I have in mind will be vulnerable to ambient light.

I think I'm going to pull the trigger on one of these during the holiday sale season. Amazon would be my typical place to go -- any other sources out there I should think about? I'm going to have to think hard about the difference between the 3050 and the 4050.
