Not sure what to think of the Dolphin hiring Mike McDaniel away from the 49ers, but I guess I'll just be my normal cautiously-optimistic off season dolphins fan since that tends to be the best part of the year for us when anything seems possible. ;)

After his time with the dolphins, I wouldn't expect too much out of him. But maybe he's grown a lot since then.

There is also a huge difference between working with kids and working with grown ass men. The level of control and authority you can exert and the power dynamic is so different. I've always thought that was one of the biggest differences and reasons that many great college coaches fail in the NFL.
