With the SW franchise, I can't see the need for the familiar character to pull people in for any new series. This franchise is a license to print money, and this isn't a "problem".
About last weeks episode. I was a bit surprised and the GF commented on the degree of violence (armor shattering, chest spiking) that Boba Fett was doing in a Disney product. No clean blaster wound/disintegration/severed limb of a light saber which would have been the extent previously.
More Disney news. Alien TV series!!! I'll just put it here also instead of in 42 different places

No, after the first or second failure it is a point of do something productive, like defend, or keep trying what doesn't work. He chose the latter. He got himself knocked out of a good portion of the battle. So yeah, he found a way to do nothing.
Except there is no new Yoda. There is a moderately developed Padawan of the same species who is nowhere near Jedi Master in level of ability. People calling him "Baby Yoda" doesn't make him Yoda.
I think I may try this.
So a year or 2 ago, I went through about a season and a half of Clone Wars. I made it a little past "The Accidental Jedi" or whatever it was where Jar Jar was taken to be a Jedi by some race of nabobs.
Anyways I saw the recommended viewing order post a couple pages...
Mandalorian breaking the boundaries on shooting SFX series.
The Mandalorian was shot on a holodeck-esque set with Unreal Engine, video shows

Bingo. As it is, since the season ended:
1) I watched The Witcher S1 twice, once fully, once on as background
2) I still haven't watched Watchmen
3) We get Picard S1 at the end of January
4) We will get Discovery S3
5) I need to watch The Expanse S4.
6) We will get The Orville S3
So yeah, I...
I think even if that was the idea, it might have gotten modified by the reaction to Baby Yoda.
Where are you going to find it safe for Baby Yoda while a bounty is out on him? You need to put a bounty out on Herzog and co. which gets fulfilled or take him out so noone will be around to pay the...
There was a series of comics in the 90s, and some books, which described what happened to him. If you want to find out, read the Boba Fett wiki page. Its not hard to find. And he wasn't particularly pissed off or seeking Solo for revenge.
OK, there has been speculation it was Boba Fett at the end due to the spur noise matching his from Empire

That is a phenomenal article. Thanks.
I think the most important bit was finding out they are already shooting S2, which I didn't know.
So I would speculate, that at this rate of shooting, maybe we don't have to wait until next November for next season.
I also wonder if they did an episode...
But I think the "Its ripping off LW&C trope" is more than a bit overboard. Baby Yoda is silent not because of the kid in LW&C, but because he can't communicate.
Its ludicrous when you take every resemblance as emulation or copying when there could be other reasons. If you didn't have to make...
