Can I build my own LOUDNESS control with minimal sound quality degradation?
You're dissapointed that receivers don't have bass and treble controls when in "tone direct" mode. :confused: That's the whole point of a "tone direct mode"! That's the reason they exist, to bypass that stuff. :) So turn off tone direct and turn your bass up to compensate for your speakers...- Philip Hamm
