I remember seeing Nemesis on opening night. While watching the movie I clearly recall checking my watch to see how much longer it was going to be.

I bought the iTunes set too and mine also have been updating. I still buy the discs too. These are essential films to buy on disc for me.

I’ll still watch 5. It’s not one I watch often though.

I had that thought but honestly I’ll probably never watch the theatrical cut again. I really prefer the directors edition. I have the theatrical on iTunes too.

There’s a Las Vegas Star Trek convention in August. However it’s no longer the official one. The official one was in May in Chicago. Just thinking about possible timing of the announcement. Hopefully it’s sooner. I’ll preorder with Amazon gift cards as soon as these list.

It was a small theater for our viewing but the screen was decent size. Beautiful print and amazing audio. AMC always does a great presentation! Looking forward to Khan in September! If you are on the fence about tonight’s showing don’t hesitate to see it!

I was very impressed with picture and the sound. Agreed. I am very excited for the disc. I’m hoping the new extra that was screened with the film is also included. I loved seeing some of the special effects outtakes in the new feature about the models.

I took 2 of my sons with me today to see it. We really enjoyed it. The pacing is so much better for this finished cut of the film. Some little surprises in there too. Sound and video were fantastic! I don’t think I’ll ever have reason to watch the theatrical unfinished version ever again.

I bought tickets for the Sunday showing. I also purchased fathom’s 40th anniversary wrath of khan screening tickets for September as well.

That’s too bad. I’ve attended several of these fathom tcm screenings and it’s always been a good experience. I usually go to an amc theater for the viewings.
