Here is a video with lots of speculation about the newly edited scene and the explanation of the blur. It may be the same one as referenced above.
According to the video there were supposed to be several Dr. Strange references. Also, there is now an explicit reference to the Dr. Strange music...
Just watched the finale. I could have sworn I saw a trailer somewhere weeks back which hinted at Doctor Strange appearing, but I presume it actually was a fan-made trailer.
I guess Paul Bettany always wanted to work with Paul Bettany. Cute way to feed into the rumors.
And here he is talking...
By the way, I wasn't paying enough attention earlier, but the secret operation that Hayward was running was called Project Cataract - which of course was designed to "correct or fix" Vision.
Unreliable narrator of Hayward for Wanda "stealing" Vision's body.

In addition they did refer to Lagos during the episode during the summary of what they knew about Wanda there was a reference to Lagos with a photo from the movie.
I thought this was hilarious.
The series gets even more intriguing. While it is a little frustrating to wait a week for the next episode, I think I am appreciating it more this way than if I watched it all in one day or a week.
I watched the first two episodes last night. I have no real idea what is going on, but the hints in the commercials and other at various places are intriguing. The different sitcoms with the most of the same supporting cast continuing on is also interesting. I am looking forward to seeing...
