In addition they did refer to Lagos during the episode during the summary of what they knew about Wanda there was a reference to Lagos with a photo from the movie.

I thought this was hilarious. The series gets even more intriguing. While it is a little frustrating to wait a week for the next episode, I think I am appreciating it more this way than if I watched it all in one day or a week.
