The bump in posting got me looking in here again. I noticed a few people in here have a very low post number. They were either trolling, or much more disturbing decided not to continue on the forum. I'm not so sure this thread should exist. A new person interested in home theater might jump in...

Welcome to the Forum Simon-Hans. I don't have a home theater either. My sound system is too small and my screen is too large. :D Just join in - a lot of friendly folks here.

Piffle - Setting up rules is silly. "Must have surround sound and a massive woofer." I watch mostly movies from the 30's and 40's they didn't have (and don't have) surround sound and they were shown in "real" theaters that didn't have surround sound and massive woofers. It is a slippery slope...
