You should be able to get a B-Stock unit for the same price as I got in you're area. Logic 7 may work with 5.1 but DPL2x will not, right now the Halo does not have it but it is on the list of upgrades for the next Firmware rev. In addition, there is some inside news that I cant divulge right now...

I bought a B-stock Halo C2 for about 2K, it should everything and more though DPL2x hasn't been added yet, but be aware that DPL2x only works with 7.1 speaker setup.
