I watched this up to the intermission a couple days ago. The scenes with the geishas were interminable. And I REALLY wanted more of the pyramids at the open of the film. I was really disappointed they were given such short shrift.

I, too, have the HTWWW disc. The only one of the travelogues I have is the "Best of" compilation disc. That's a good one in that it gives you a taste of several different films. I was fascinated by it. Keep that order for Seven Wonders in place and see if they'll be getting more and make...

Robert and I each ordered this title from Amazon back in November when it went through a big price drop. He just got noticed that his copy has shipped. I've received no such notice (although I'm hoping that's about to change).

No news here yet, Robert. :( My order (placed 11-23-17 for $19.93) is still open at Amazon. The status is "not yet shipped."

Are these titles "limited editions?" I never got that sense before.

So I ordered this title from Amazon back in November. Nothing ever happened. And I just got one of those e-mails from them saying I either needed to approve an extension of the order...or else they were cancelling the order! So, I extended it (of course). But I wonder what's the holdup...

Thanks, Robert. Since the order hadn't changed, I contacted AMazon to ask since it hadn't yet shipped if the price would be adjusted. Short story. No. Because it's not a pre-order. So, the first order was canceled and I re-ordered the disc. :thumbsup:

For the 2nd time in recent weeks, this title has dropped to just $21.72 on Amazon--a fraction of it's regular price. I've had it in my cart for years (along with several of the other "This is Cinerama" titles).
