Merry Christmas, everyone! From left: My son's dog Zeke, Sophie, my son's puppy Jack, Pete and Ernie. We had a rough Thanksgiving week as my son's eight-year-old Zeke passed from cancer. (As you can tell from the picture) Zeke was a good boy who is very much missed.

An update on our own family. My son Andy, who also has a Golden Retriever, has just gotten a puppy. This is puppy Jack surrounded by (from L to R) his 8-year-old brother Zeke, Pete, Ernie and Sophie. I guess we could start a basketball team now...
