As I see it, the only way to prove that it would be true, would be to bring the medium and the subject into a room, blindfold them, put them back-to-back and let the medium write down everything the dead person communicates, and don't let the subject talk AT ALL.
Do this with 10 or so...

Well, I watched the show, and it stunk.
Not because of the subject matter, but because it was incredibly boring... I bet Fox would have done a better job with it. They didn't make it too sensational (after all, they're dealing with real people and their dead loved ones), but they didn't take...
ABC is also currently running the very Fox-esque docu-soap "The Bachelor", a guy choosing a wife from 25 hopeful aspirants.
I think it's gotten pretty decent ratings too, so expect more...
