And I read they had only filmed eight of their ten episodes for this season before the shutdown, so the season may only be eight episodes. Most shows are scrapping the episodes they didn't get to film. I don't know about The Good Fight.
That's my biggest complaint about The Good Fight: not enough courtroom trials on interesting subjects. That's where The Good Wife has it all over this follow-up vehicle. Otherwise, I enjoy the cast and look forward to season four.
