Ocean, the main reason I didn't like it was because it was such an exact parody of 24. I just HATE those high-tension Fox type shows. The 24-style is very annoying to me. Kinda like the way they now do all of these game shows - they all have to copy that "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire" style...

Me too. That's definitely the 'collector' mentality showing through....I just can't imagine the thought of missing a new episode. I've seen every epiosde so far and with an 18 year commitment, I couldn't imagine stopping no matter how bad it is.

Yeah, South Park is basically cutouts, so it's easier to do animation. In fact, it's (most likely) all done in the computer. The Simpsons is all hand drawn and sent over seas to animate fully. I don't know how they could speed that process up without it costing WAY too much money. Homer...

Yeah, the Duel of the Fates music made it funnier. The whole concept of the episode was really great, but the end (with the rollercoaster) was a pretty lame way of ending the episode.

It's funny you mention this because I just listened to a commentary on the Season 8 DVD's (the Poochie episode) and they were saying how the show is actually still as funny as it always was (and I agree) but since a lot of the things that they used to do (that made the show popular) don't get...
