If the final mix of the movie is mono, and then a later release comes out in stereo, then for the purposes of this thread that counts as a remix regardless of when it was created.
Allow me to elaborate on that. There have been rumors that original release prints of The Fox and the Hound...
While The Acheson, Topeka, and the Santa Fe number was remixed to stereo for That's Entertainment! and was also included on the DVD as an extra, the movie itself is and always has been mono.

I wasn't sure whether to include it because IMDB lists that there were magnetic stereo prints, but after doing more research I believe that to be in error. I've been maintaining an updated list with many more titles. Since I can't edit my original post, I will repost the updated list.
I concede on Ten Commandments. I got a bum steer from IMDB as the 70mm blowup was obviously done at a much later time. I've gone ahead and edited the original post to include all the additional titles that I could verify fit the original criteria.
I'll comb through the additions to add to the master list while I still have editing capability. At some point I will be locked out.
Dialog on the MASH Blu-ray is locked into center, so I consider that to be an acceptable remix. That wasn't the case with the earlier DVD which was indeed fake...
