One thing I've discovered from use is that if you're using the rewardzone coupons and a gift card, they have to process the gift card first; otherwise it won't let you use the gift card.

I've started getting the certs pretty frequently now--just the other day $15 more, which came in handy with Alien Quad--so it seems the bugs are starting to be ironed out. The fine print on the back says "No cash refunds" so they're within the terms of the deal in not letting you get money back.

I just got 7 of them, which came in handy on the LOTR TTT Gift set. :D

Hm, the site says that I have $35 in certs coming as of 9/22. That will come in handy with the October onslaughts of titles. :D Me like this program. :emoji_thumbsup:

Just got my first certificate, finally. I was thinking of just using it right away to avoid worrying about the deadline but this is such a thin week it seems better to save it for the next egregious outpouring....when is that, anyway? The next 2 weeks look like pretty slim pickings too.

BB also tracks your buying habits via check purchases, not just credit cards, for non-RZ purchasers. I went in a couple months ago to exchange a Buffy set that had a defective disc (big surprise) but couldn't find the receipt for, and they were able to punch up ALL of my purchases for the last...

Has anyone actually received any gift cards from their Reward Zone programs yet since the rollout? What's the time delay expected on these? It'd be nice to start seeing the rewards come flowing back....I figure I've probably got $40 in cards coming back already--the bonus 5000 points every time...

It really boils down to how much you spend at BB to begin with. If like me you spend a hell of a lot there, this is like a 4% discount and that's fine with me. But you'll be hurting if you end up going to BB just so you can use the card. And the $10 fee is adding injury to insult.
