We don't even know if Scrubika did hear a response and if she did that still doesn't mean Janelle could hear Julie or the original question. Julie never said two hands/both hands at any point including after answering the question.

I disagree, keeping Will is a smart move for Janelle and a bad one for Erika. Janelle's best competition for HOH will be Erika if she's around. Erika might go to end under all circumstances if Janelle stays and Will goes.
