Gad, mothers do that, don’t they. I had this coffee can of childhood marbles that got tossed while I was in the Army. Don’t worry, Mom, I still love you. RIP.
Egad. Didn’t he already play temporarily for someone and not do well? He’s a HOF with big bucks in the bank, jeez, why come back when the body is no longer willing? He’s not going to get the Ring in Cleveland. He’s not going to get it anywhere, there’s too much Voldemort curse left on him.
Seems to me if he spends his career with a contender, he’s more than a stats player. Then he’ss at least got more playoff appearances. I didn’t follow his career closely so your first sentence is correct. But with those stats, he had to be HOF bound. They are golden.
What’s the date on the video? Kenny sure looks like football has been kind to him. As a San Diego Charger fan I used to HATE him, especially after the emaculate deception. He would be fan to sit and listen to.
I think there have been studies that indicate the economic contribution of an NFL stadium vs it’s cost is somewhat undetermined. Cities accept this blackmail because they want to keep the franchise, it makes them feel important.
The NFL is making more money than the US Mint, why is public money still being spent to build their stadiums so fat cats can sit in their luxury boxes and slightly less fat cats can occupy overpriced seats.
You said “half the audience doesn’t like him” so I wondered how you knew that. You didn’t offer it up as an opinion. It’s my opinion that networks execs wouldn’t hire someone that is disliked by half the audience.
I know you dislike him but do you have facts to back up that assertion? I would think the networks would be paying attention to something like that. I find Romo and Aikman to be quite good, but that’s just IMHO.
It occurred to me there are some similarities between the two SB appearances of the Bengals. Both times the team they beat in the AFC championship game had just played in what what considered one of the great all-time playoff games: Miami/Voldemorts and Buffalo/KC. In both SBs the Bengals led...
I could stream the SB on Peacock or watch it on Xfinity. Would there be an advantage to either? Won’t both have top sound and video? The program listing on my Tivo wouldn’t give me any of that info.
Although, if the Rams win, it will cement the little step sister status of the voldemorts in LA. It’s ironic that the first time in LA, they left because the town only supported the Rams. Then they return when the Rams are back.
If the Rams win, it will be two years in a row with a real home team. This after it had never occurred before.
Disappointed KC lost, but geez, 3 points in the 2nd half? You’ll lose a lot of games like that.
After all the speculation about the kickoff, I’m feeling more charitable towards the Bill’s head coach. 13 seconds to go, he’s thinking no chance they tie it. So were the KC fans in the stadium.
I’ve often wondered what would have happened if he had made the kick. Would the Bills have been so snakebit in the following SBs?
I don’t think this playoff game is a continuation of the SB curse, they just lost in an insanely great game. Neither team chocked.
