Of all the Zack Snyder movies in Zack Snyder history, this is definitely the Zacky Snyderyest. Just a weirdly fun, four freaking hours of crunchy Snyderness. The 4:3 ends up working in an unexpected way. It makes the movie feel effectively dated in some way.
