Got an email that VCI is releasing THE BRAVE ONE (1956) on Blu Ray, April 26th. It is a PD film, but their old standard DVD looks like the source is pretty good. It had the stereo soundtrack, but was non-anamorphic, but wide screen. I really like this film and glad it is going to be released.
According to ClassicFlix: Five more titles are coming from Olive Films on April 23rd. All will be released on both standard DVD and Blu-Ray. They are: Champion (1949) - Kirk Douglas, Marilyn Maxwell, Arthur Kennedy, Ruth Roman, Paul Stewart City That Never Sleeps (1953) - Gig Young, Mala Powers...

Although the disc title is very misleading, Legend is releasing a double bill of SHE (1935) and the same year's THINGS TO COME on Blu-Ray. SHE looks pretty good on the standard DVD, but I haven't seen their THINGS TO COME, but I bet it doesn't come near the official British release...
Amen, Ronald. The domestic DVD is pretty blurry and if I remember right, isn't anamorphically enhanced, so getting this with a beautiful, crisp picture was quite a treat.
I recently got the Blu-Ray BOYS FROM BRAZIL from England and it plays fine in my player. This film, if released in the USA, could really use a stereo remix like the early James Bond films have had. The music score survives in terrific stereo, so I think it could be done. The film seems to cry...
