Not only is your post ridiculous, it's insulting. This is how YOUR disc looks, and it has nothing to do with my television. Nothing I ever watched on it ever looked like this. Besides, it looked nothing like this during the sepia segment. Better customer service would have been to explain...

As soon as it went from sepia to color it looked like that the entire time.

Am I the only person that finds this Blu-ray completely unwatchable? What am I missing? I'm definitely sending it back and demanding my money back. Easily the worst-looking disc I've ever seen.
