I placed my order early this time for two reasons-
1) When Fritz Lang's You and Me was on sale the last time I waited too long. Kino sold out and the listing was removed from their website for the remainder of the sale. This time I wanted to make sure I got it which I did.
2) I wanted to avoid...
Another color title that I consider film noir is Desert Fury (1947). I believe it's relevant to mention here since Kino released it. One of my favorites and highly recommended. It's part of Kino's current Winter Wonderland sale and well worth the price of $9.99.
Nice to see that Has Anybody Seen My Gal has a release date finally.

Robert, I think sometime this fall. I believe Moderator Robert Crawford updates the release dates for Kino, but after a quick search I can't find it right now.
I read that Astaire didn't like the script for White Christmas, so turned it down. A shame in certain respects as it would have reunited Crosby and Vera-Ellen with Astaire, but I think Danny Kaye did just fine.
