Pioneer's 811s is IMHO the best value in a low-priced receivers right now. It has plenty of options including a full set of pre-out's. Most complaints about the 811s revolve around its amps. Apparently, they are not very clean (0.2% THD) and often have difficulty driving anything but 8 ohm...
