I didn't have that problem this morning when I clicked on the link from the email. After logging it, I landed on the Featured Title page without having to do anything else.

I've never bothered calling; instead, I use the live chat. Last time I had to use it was the end of March with my last order. I needed a tracking number for a package. I started the chat, got the number and logged out in less than five minutes.

Talked to a CM at the DMC this morning. She initially indicated free shipping was for new members only, but she put me on hold and double checked. Came back and said I was eligible and it was added to my account. The conversation took less that five minutes.
