    Ghostbusters (2016)

Geez, I'm so sick and tired of having to weed through the male vs. female crap in EVERY SINGLE THING WRITTEN ABOUT THIS MOVIE! Where are the gender breakdowns of reviews for all the other movies out there? I NEED TO KNOW how women felt about The Hateful Eight. I WANT TO KNOW how the reviews for...

    Ghostbusters (2016)

You mean wholesome family fun including but not limited to: - Implied supernatural oral sex - Menstruation and dick(less) jokes - Language that would NOT pass in a PG movie these days... Look, I love the original and think it's a great movie, but I'm also a parent of 8 year old boys and as much...

    Ghostbusters (2016)

I find it annoying that so many people (and I'm not implying you, Tino) assume that if you aren't anxiously awaiting the release of this movie, and if you have no interest in seeing the film, or make no effort to see it, it's because you're angry about something. Ghostbusters (2016)

Actually, it's possible that what you remember from the trailers was not Stay Puft, but the ghost from the Ghostbusters logo, which I understand they either battle, or who is featured in some other capacity. I'm not curious enough to rewatch the trailer to find out for sure, though. :)

So now we know! It's not a "sequel". It's not a "reboot". It's a "remake"! This trailer was better than the last one, but it still makes me want to watch the original moreso than this. Seems like most of the key story beats are in the new one - hell, looks like Dana's apartment building even...

    Ghostbusters (2016)

Oh, come on. How does something that is "seemingly inherent" equate to a "depressing truth"? Beyond the semantics, why does it seem that so many want to peg the unpopularity on male-driven sexism and not simply admit that the trailer as cut paints a picture of an unfunny, unoriginal, and...

    Ghostbusters (2016)

I'm just tired of reboots. "Let's take something that worked brilliantly before and do the same thing!" "Except we'll switch all gender roles, but otherwise stick to what works (even down to the awkward diversity.)" "With the advances in VFX over 30 years, think of how much COOLER all the...
