Question: I loaded the HBO Max app on the Roku but can't figure out how to sign in within the app. All I see is a splash page with some of their offerings. I can search, but even if I click on something to watch, it doesn't redirect me to a sign in screen. What am I missing here?
Edit: Found...
I just bought a Roku earlier this year and was unwilling to buy a separate device just for HBO Max. Now that I can actually get at it, is there any original programming for the service from the last seven months that is worth going back to check out?
What's the other? If you're thinking about DC Universe, they're getting out of the streaming business and focusing on comics beginning in January. Their original shows will migrate to HBO Max. So WB now only has the one.
How are those of you who use HBO Max getting the app?
I just bought a new Roku earlier this year to get Disney+ connected, so I really don't want to buy another device just for the privilege of paying WB money when every other app I could want is accessible with the Roku. But I've heard good...
Regardless of how this shakes out, since they're both Warner, I bet there will be some sort of package deal where you can subscribe to both services for a reduced price.
