Sadly I think there will be a segment of society who will be saying "I TOLD YOU SO!!" and stand by him 1000% but hopefully many will see through his lies and deceit and punish him accordingly.
So will he become a "hero" now and start doing the whole speaker circuit saying what a victim he was and how honorable he is and many will cry and clap when he shows up showing how brave he has been?
Such a sham.
Looks like he's on his way out and hopefully they toss him in jail for a couple of years to set example to all race baiters and attention whores like him.
Why do idiots like this guy think they can get away with this?? I think I know but still What an idiot!! Love how the media was so on his side from day one.
Smollett hoax...
Yeah my mom likes her Folgers "Dark Roast" Keurigs but if we offer her some more exotic flavored coffee, she tries it but always leaves more than half the cup still full.
Along those lines, we have two break rooms and in one a lot of people asked to have the coffee supplier to stock them with what is a fairly premium coffee. In the other break room, the guys who frequent that room said they want JUST Folgers basic coffee in a bag to brew. It's so gross yet they...
I never ever told someone their choice of how they want to watch media was "wrong". Nor have I stated "your way sucks", "you're doing it wrong" or anything at all similar.
I forgot to mention that I'm just as much of an "enthusiast" as the next guy around here, I just chose to do it a different...
I'm baffled by other peoples baffles about other peoples baffles, which as we know are just opinions, nothing more, if any person doesn't like the opinion at hand, just move on. We all have opinions, all of which aren't directed to one particular person.
Still baffled that people still "blind buy" movies. It's so easy now to just cheaply rent something via streaming or to some extent disc. Why would anyone spend $20, $30 to buy a movie they have NO idea what it's really about nor are super interested in. they just hear a few random folks say...
I guess it's a talking point since the vortex usually just hangs and blows around much farther north almost constantly year in and year out but this year it was one of those rare occasions where it wobbled it's way down south causing the extreme temps. Nature doing it's thing as usual I guess.
Was there ever a list posted showing what non-gay friendly movies exist? Meaning commercial movies made specifically made to make the gay community mad? Mad enough to need a list of gay friendly movies?
One word: "QuarK"
I don't get the appeal of this at all I was a tween when it came out and thought it was horrible then Can't image wanting to actually own it and re-watch it now.
Takes all kinds I guess.
We have neighbors (and their friends) who insist on parking at the curb in front of their house which of course is right where our driveway exits/enters. So when we back out, we have to delicately maneuver to avoid smacking into them. Thing is there are AMPLE parking areas they can park without...
I always enter HTF using the "New Posts" bookmark today I noticed the "Gay Friendly Blu Ray's" thread. I was wondering if it is frowned upon to have a "Straight friendly Blu Ray's" or would that get deleted?
It still amazes me that in 2019, or hell, even over the last few years thieves and vandals still think they will get away and not get caught even though they (should) know that there are NUMEROUS security cameras in stores, outside stores and houses all capturing their images in good ol' HD...
So why, in the grand scheme of things, does it even matter? It's by far the last thing on my mind when I'm watching a movie or TV show. Matter of fact, I rather they didn't exist so we don't have to sit through seeing them.
Baffled to read how deeply involved some folks get when they think a logo or credit roll from say a studio isn't EXACTLY perfectly rendered on a DVD's end or beginning credits. I mean down to the square inch they are critiqued and analyzed, the color, how fast it fades from the screen, tiny edge...
In our town they only offer 2 locations to early vote. One is downtown so not convenient since most of the folks live way on opposite end of town. So that leaves one library to handle any masses that show up and it takes forever.
Plus it's a bit harder for the boss to go along with someone...
Went to vote today and I was 5th in line so got a spot by the door, but the crowds soon followed. So I'm standing on what is basically a big cement patio with sidewalk edge that wraps around the church. I glance around and noticed that the people behind me are basically lining up in a straight...
Why do people invest a ton of money on devices that don't meet all their needs just because it's been updated and has a specific brand logo on it?
Also, I'm baffled if you will that folks pay for what are basically really lousy movies just because they are in one of the newer or even defunct...
