The Dakotas is definitely worth a look. A short, one season show that was canceled because it was "too violent" in one scene. I'll say no more. I'd would also add Tombstone Territory as a nice western that's often overlooked.

You for sure want to get Have Gun, Will Travel. I’d also say the Rifleman and Rawhide are essential.
