    Or, better yet (IMO), THE COTTON CLUB ENCORE. Characters are better established, some sequences are allowed to play out longer to reinforce the mise en scene. Frankly, I didn't feel many consequential differences in the GODFATHER III CODA.

    He was terrible in ST: TMP, but I always thought Shatner was also. A bit of bad direction by Wise, or messed-up editorial choices, He was pretty good in a small role in ALL THE PRESIDENT'S MEN.

    Which is why Shatner and his screenwriter should not have attempted to depict it. Remember, it's what you don't see that often matters. Remember THE HAUNTING (1963)?

    How did they pull this off? Insider information up until now has suggested that the "added" footage of the DVD director's cut had not been produced in HD and was nearly impossible to bring up to that level, and now we get 4K? Awesome, for sure, but I hope there is an extensive featurette on this...
