    The Beatles: 1 (Blu-ray Audio/Video)

My favorite videos are the newer ones. Words of Love is sweet. And the surround on WithIn You Without You/Tomorrow Never Knows is really incredible. I love all the older ones of course as a fan especially with the improved picture quality but I've seen those a lot over the years.

That process was just done for Ken Burns' The Civil War. It takes time. I hope they do it.

Anthology badly needs remastering to HD. I hope that eventually comes about. And these promos are certainly a precursor for that possibility.

I love the title cards, very whimsical and made me smile. I'm enjoying the set for what it is, not what it isn't. Too much thinking can suck the joy out of such things Fab.

In terms of the music, I think this will sound like you are INSIDE the studio with the Fabs. Can't wait.

I think in the case of Hey Jude and Revolution, we will get the unique versions. I can't imagine in Revolution Paul and George singing the Be Bop A Lula backing and those words don't come out of their months. With Hey Jude I believe Paul sang live over his prerecorded vocal so a unique double...

    The Beatles: 1 (Blu-ray Audio/Video)

As a first gen Fab fan, I'm all in on this, preordered the deluxe 2 blu-ray set. I have all the videos on a boot DVD but they are in poor quality. A few of these promos have unique mixes or versions such as Hello Goodbye which runs slower, and Hey Jude and Revolution that have live vocals...
