    I saw Raiders multiple times upon first theatrical release. I have the DVDs. But all I care about is how the filmmakers wants it to look on Blu-ray. I'm fine with that.

    You know, Homeland Security retired the color coded terrorist threat level so maybe we can reversion that for reissuing movies: This Film Has Been Renovated - Severe, High, Elevated, Guarded, Low.

    Maybe "Restored through Digital Remastering" would be more appropriate term for films like "Raider?" It keeps the marketing people happy but sends a code to informed consumers that this is not a massive restoration like that of LofA. IMHO
