I like both Bud and Harriet, but can see why one wouldn't. I think their characters are fine for their purpose- which is to provide comic relief, the chance for Harm and Mac to be mentors and leaders, and to have someone with a family as everyone else is single. David

I enjoyed the finale as well. I was totally suprised with that outcome. I was not expecting Bud's leg to be blown off. Either Patrick is wanting off the show, or more likely, this will get him back home to JAG headquarters or honorably discharged.
