New iPad and iPad Air announced!
There's got to be a new iPad Pro coming soon! Even a refresh with an A14Z or whatever. The current iPad Pro doesn't make sense in Apple's lineup against the new Air.
iPhone rumors are converging. Implied is the big iPhone 12 Pro will have a 120Hz screen.

If you didn't see it, rumors about an ARM MacBook releasing this Fall. My guess has been that Apple will debut its "Apple Silicon" first in a laptop to demonstrate both its speed and battery life. I...
Yes, “w/c” is week commencing. Totally not obvious and I forgot to copy that explanation in.
Will be watching for iPad release to see if it interests me.
but I think we want iPhone Pro this year? So maybe waiting for November on that,
I missed this rumor from seemingly well-regarded rumorer, Jon Prosser. If true, I may not be able to buy an iphone until November. I was hoping for a tech-dopamine hit in October on the outside, Waiting until November is going to be hard. :)...
Not about new product rumors, but sort of related: about resale value and upgrade purchase decisions.

<shrug>
high frame rate screens aren’t deciding factor for me. Pretty far down the list of features I’m looking for. I’d much rather a screen that can dim way down while still looking good for night use.
This is a remarkable rumor, and I don't believe it. I don't belive that two months from shipping, Apple is still undecided on the hardware components. At this point, that's all locked down and they're in manufacturing, or very close to it...

that’s the speculation. But also:
however, and it could just be a random date entered for a livestream test, or the date that was used last year as last year's iPhone event took place on Tuesday, September 10.
Apple...
I like RR, but I don’t have time for his videos. :)
there’s a lot written about 5G, I could probably find a link. But I don’t really watch YT videos for news/info, so can’t help from that perspective.
If there’s an iPad Pro coming, will it be with an A13 or the upcoming A14 SoC?
Is this another IPad 3 to iPad 4 release oddity, but instead of retina, getting LIDAR released?
8 of 11 iPhones going back to the 4s have shipped in September. October and beyond are an anomaly. Apple knows this. And they recognize the apparent delay is significant enough they noted in an their earnings call, which they never do.
Yes, it’s fine. But it’s also a real delay likely caused by...
I'm planning to buy new iphones this year. The 8+ will be three years old. I'm looking forward to all the improvements the "X" form factor added plus the new hotness of 2012 models. I think the 12 Pro will be my choice.
FWIW, from what I've read so far, 5G probably won't really matter in 2020...
unfortunately, it’s all small rumors confirming the existing rumors about later shipments and possible Fall product updates. But I like the macrumors links, over the simple tweet, because they give more context.
Im guessing we wont see any big new rumors until much closer to product releases.

Late October for iphones, say the rumors. I need to get past September before I can drop $2000 on a pair of iPhones 12 Pro, so maybe for the best?
What with a 2 1/2 year old iPhone 8+ and a strong desire for “retail therapy” amidst the pandemic, I feel like the iPhone 12 can’t get here soon enough.
This is the iPad Pro I want. But my biggest justification for an expensive pro model is my business travel, which is stopped, and probably won’t resume in 2021. And it seems sure that the rumored iPad pros will be a significant price premium over the current LIDAR models.
So...? No idea what...
Big updates to the iPad Air and iPad mini?

Assuming this, I'm probably buying a pair of 6.1" iPhones Pro this Fall. Maybe I'd buy the 6.1" iPhone for myself and the Pro for my wife.
Very helpful would be 128GB base storage. My current iPhone is using 56GB of 64GB. Jumping +64GB to get to 128GB base? That's plenty plenty for me for the...
