With all the live-action remakes of animated films Disney makes nowadays, I'm stunned that Disney+ doesn't have the 1994 live-action JUNGLE BOOK on their service. It seems to have fallen off the face of the Earth.

And I think Lionsgate owns the foreign rights (inherited from the owners of the Vestron catalogue), so Disney+ most likely doesn't have it outside North America. I could be wrong, though.
Exactly. PB was originally released on video by Nelson, whose catalogue now resides with MGM. The TV rights, to my knowledge, have always been with Fox.
I've heard stories about Disney planning a remake of Splash for years. Why don't they just remake it for Disney+ instead and free the butt?!

If I were programming Disney+, I'd add An Affair to Remember for February; it just seems so perfect. And probably more Rodgers & Hammerstein, Breaking Away, Lucas, Those Magnificent Men in their Flying Machines, My Bodyguard, some Shirley Temple movies, etc.
I like that Disney+ is including special features with their content, though it would've been nice if Bedknobs and Broomsticks had the 25 or so minutes of deleted scenes included as an extra.
