That's correct. While watching the movie you can use the 'Acoustic EQ' button on the remote to cycle through the EQ settings (All channels adjust, front align, custom settings if you made any, or eq off) to see which sounds best to you.

I've checked with a couple of Best Buys also and they aren't even aware the receiver exists. I've been keeping an eye on the authorized online dealers and the ones that have them in stock seem to be running the full $499 price. I guess I'm waiting to see one in person at Best Buy - and then its...

How do all these unauthorized dealers get these units? It's frustrating when the authorized dealers are always out of stock, or haven't even received them in the stores, but the unauthorized dealers seem to have no trouble stocking these units.

1014 owners - I was looking at the 52tx manual from the Pioneer site and noticed it has some sort of Dialog enhancement button on the remote to boost dialog - does the 1014 have this? Have you tried it?
