yesterday I emailed them using the digital bits email link and then later in the day I also sent them the direct link. The direct link sent me an e-mail that was no reply which was just basically a restatement of what I had told them so it was totally worthless. It was just a return of my own...
So how does the replacement plan work all it is is a email address. It doesn't provide any information on what you have to do as far as sending in the old disc or the receipt or whatever
