I like your brief descriptions of the episodes---Your A-Team, and Grizzly Adams summary made me smile. It looks like you watch a ton of classic TV per week, and to be honest my list is pretty close to yours (in content, and amount). If I did a photo summary of every classic TV show I watched...

What did you watch this week in classic TV on DVD(or Blu)?

I haven't watched it since it premiered on Nick at Night (early 90's?). It really can be magical TV, I remember that. The episode 'Angela' (the intro/ theme song was made for this episode specifically) which I believe is the second or third episode is a powerhouse of a character study. Not...

What did you watch this week in classic TV on DVD(or Blu)?

Taxi - 'Elaine's Secret Admirer' (December 4, 1979) The thing I have always loved about Taxi is the vulnerability, and loniness of the main characters. They always seem to be a day late, or a dollar short. In other words it is a very real feeling sitcom. The saddest episodes hit the...

I was 5 years old when I started watching The Love Boat/Fantasy Island on Saturday nights. I was entranced by both series--the format of the two shows which had an anthology of stories was great. If you didn't care for one story, you always had one or two others per episode to draw you in...

Mork & Mindy Mork in Wonderland part 2 Mork shrinks into an alternate universe where there are comedians, clowns, and people he knows with slightly different names. And an evil king in a castle of course. For such a silly series, they sure knew how to drain the emotions from the actors...
