Rory, I have a router table.. Care to explain to me how I can make a 2" Radius Round Over on a router table? 2" is a large radius and it's not something you are able to do in your wood shop unless you have a big shaper table.

FWIW, I had an MB-Quart Carbon Fiber 10" sub that had a CF dust cap also. It was extremely stiff to say the least.

Owen, I have everything pretty much. I need to order the 2" MDF Round Overs ($200.00) some wire and some binding posts from PE plus 2 sheets of 3/4" MDF and some lucite. I figure it's going to cost me another $500.00 or so to completely finish these.
